Hi friends, I had the best time shooting this beautiful baby girl recently so I thought I’d pop on here to share a few of my favorites.
This season of life has been so busy for me; it’s no joke how crazy life becomes with teenagers. Between ballet, art classes, guitar playing, theatre, the spring talent show and traveling - my bucket is full and happy but I’ve definitely been neglecting this IG page. I’m still here and shooting and it was nice to take a few hours and just soak in this sweet baby girl.
Isn’t she darling? She was awake for most of the session, perfectly calm - just content to look around but mom finally rocked her to sleep in her bassinet and we got some sleepy shots of her.

It felt so great to be out shooting again and I loved meeting this sweet couple. Her dress was gorgeous in the forest & I can’t wait to meet their little one in just a few short weeks. 𖠰

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤:
✧ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜’𝗺 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴: I just finished The Hunger Games which was my first time reading it and I 𝓁ℴ𝓋ℯ𝒹 it. I’m so late to this party but I’m going to blame it on the fact that at the height of this series popularity I was knee deep in baby & toddler raising. 😅

✧𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜’𝗺 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴: Big TV week with lots of shows returning but as a family we’re big Survivor family and The Bachelor is my guilty pleasure.

✧ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜’𝗺 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗧𝗼:
I’m sad to be missing WPPI this year but I will be in LA with my daughter for a ballet competition so I hope my photographer friends have the best time in Vegas next week!

I always love these sweet mini sessions!

Hi friends! I’m still here! I took most of January off to recharge and enjoy my family time but I’m back to shooting now. I thought I’d pop on here and say hi and share one of my favorite sessions from last fall. Give me all the animals to shoot!

That’s a wrap on my 12th year of NHP, all possible because of your love, loyalty and support. Thank you for a fantastic year of sessions!

As my clients are getting older, I’m shooting a lot more traditional photos and less candids but you know what, I’m loving it. Moms always want that mantle piece shot and I’m happy they trust me to give it to them. It’s a super bonus when they make time for some updated pictures while everyone’s home from college this holiday break! 🎄

We’ve been so lucky this late fall with warmer than average temperatures and very little rain. It’s made last minute shoots like this one a dream. I know I’m messing with IGs preferred post orientation but I had to share these dancing pics! This family is the best and just up for anything!

I have so many sessions to share from the fall and now that my work life is slowing down a bit, I thought I’d feature a few before the year is out.

First up, one of my very favorite people and her beautiful family. So happy, we were finally able to make this session happen when their big kids were in town!

I think I’m obsessed with Christmas tree farms. They’re quickly becoming my favorite location to shoot at this time of year. These shots also make the cutest Holiday cards. Head to my stories to see how this family styled theirs!

On days like this when the rain is incessant & my sessions are getting rescheduled, I look at pictures like this and silently keep telling myself, I love the trees, I love the trees, I love the trees. 🌲

I’ve been shooting both of these cuties since they were babies and I am just not ok with how grown up they are looking! 🥹
